2008-2009 Forms
August 18, 2008The 2008-2009 Lodge Forms are now available.
Please remember that the Lodge Year starts September 1st, and all dues should be paid by that date in order to remain an active member of Achewon Nimat Lodge.
In addition all members must submit a consent to treat form each year. That form is also available on the forms page.
